CymSupport is a small lightweight support application with time tracking for calls, hot list abilities, and the ability to lock a ticket so it can't be edited by others while in use.

It also has Customer and Partner lookup that is tied into Cymsuite.

Using this program, Cymphonix is able to track both serial numbers and device id's and are able to do all normal support and internal Cymphonix processes. 


CymSupport has a call ticker that is AJAX based that counts down the calls that are scheduled for the day. It also reminds and notifies the support team of up coming calls.

All the users in the support system are authenticated off the domain using LDAP.
